| ○ | ○ | Article | Influence of thickness of poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) hole transport layer on electrical characteristics of lead sulfide quantum dot-based shortwave infrared photodiodes | Lead sulfide quantum dots (PbS QDs) have emerged as one of the promising photoactive materials for shortwave infrared (SWIR) photodiodes because of their uncooled processability, cost efficiency, and broadband tunability. In this study, PbS QD-based SWIR photodiodes were fabricated by using poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) and zinc oxide nanoparticles as hole and electron transporting materials, respectively. The P3HT films with different thicknesses of approximately 32, 71, and 141 nm were fabricated by using the solutions with the P3HT/chlorobenzene composition conditions of 5, 10, and 20 mg/mL, respectively. Herein, the PbS QD-based SWIR photodiodes showed an increase in current by SWIR light irradiation, and in particular, the device with a 71-nm-thick P3HT hole transport layer (HTL) exhibited the most superior photo-induced current, i.e., current amplification upon SWIR light. Since the difference (approximately 0.13 - 0.41 nm) in surface roughness among P3HT films with different thicknesses was much less than the size (4.5 - 5.0 nm) of PbS QDs, the results could be understood through the influence of the P3HT HTL thickness on the electrical characteristics of PbS QD-based SWIR photodiodes. Further analysis of the photodiode performance according to the P3HT HTL's thickness reveals that the transport properties of photogenerated charge carriers through the hole transport layer have a crucial role in the photo-induced current and therefore decisively influence the photoresponsivity. These results suggest that P3HT HTLs affect the transport and extraction processes of photogenerated holes so that proper optimization of their thickness can contribute to enhancing the photoresponse efficiency of PbS QD-based SWIR photodiodes. | Seo, Kyeong-Ho; Zhang, Xue; Baang, Sungkeun; Park, Jaehoon; Bae, Jin-Hyuk | Kyungpook Natl Univ, Sch Elect & Elect Engn, Daegu 41566, South Korea; Shandong Univ Sci & Technol, Coll Ocean Sci & Engn, Qingdao 266590, Peoples R China; Hallym Univ, Dept Elect Engn, Chunchon 24252, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Sch Elect Engn, Daegu 41566, South Korea | 57211978931; 55949859900; 6602618479; 55717156300; 35326180700 | baang@hallym.ac.kr;jaypark@hallym.ac.kr;jhbae@ee.knu.ac.kr; | JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY | J KOREAN PHYS SOC | 0374-4884 | 1976-8524 | 79 | 5 | SCIE | PHYSICS, MULTIDISCIPLINARY | 2021 | 0.657 | 90.1 | 0.13 | 2025-07-30 | 3 | 4 | Lead sulfide quantum dots; Shortwave infrared photodetector; Poly(3-hexylthiophene-2; 5-diyl); HTL thickness; Photoresponsivity | PHOTODETECTOR; NANOCRYSTAL; PERFORMANCE; ZNO | HTL thickness; Lead sulfide quantum dots; Photoresponsivity; Poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl); Shortwave infrared photodetector | English | 2021 | 2021-09 | 10.1007/s40042-021-00265-1 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | |||
| ○ | ○ | Article | Lattice and electronic properties of VO2 with the SCAN( plus U) approach | Appropriate consideration of the electron correlation is essential to reproduce the intriguing metal-insulator transition accompanying the Peierls-type structural transition in VO(2)d. In the density functional theory-based approach, this depends on the choice of the exchange-correlation functional. Here, using a newly developed strongly constrained and appropriately norm (SCAN) functional, we investigate the lattice and electronic properties of the metallic rutile phase of VO 2 (R-VO 2) from the first-principles calculations. We also explored the role of the Coulomb correlation U. By adding U, we found that the phonon instability properly describes the Peierls-type distortions. The orbital-decomposed density of states presents the orbital selective behavior with the SCAN+U, which is susceptible to the one-dimensional Peierls distortion. Our results suggest that even with the SCAN functional, the explicit inclusion of the Coulomb interaction is necessary to describe the structural transition of VO2. | Kim, Sooran | Kyungpook Natl Univ, Dept Phys Educ, Daegu 41566, South Korea | 55146733200 | sooran@knu.ac.kr; | JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY | J KOREAN PHYS SOC | 0374-4884 | 1976-8524 | 78 | 7 | SCIE | PHYSICS, MULTIDISCIPLINARY | 2021 | 0.657 | 90.1 | 0.4 | 2025-07-30 | 6 | 6 | VO2; Density functional theory; SCAN functional; Phonon; Structural transition | Density functional theory; Phonon; SCAN functional; Structural transition; VO2 | English | 2021 | 2021-04 | 10.1007/s40042-021-00125-y | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | ||||
| ○ | ○ | Article | Prospect of the search for W' in vector boson fusion at the high-luminosity large hadron collider | A search for a new heavy charged gauge boson W' produced via a vector boson fusion process with two hard jets in pp collisions in the high-luminosity Large hadron collider (HL-LHC) environment is presented. The HL-LHC will increase the peak instantaneous luminosity to 7.5 x 10(34) cm(-2) s(-1) and the center of mass energy of 14 TeV to collect integrated luminosities up to 3 ab(-1), which will significantly improve sensitivity for the observation of new heavy particles via rare processes. In this paper, to investigate the signal sensitivity for a W' we use the heavy vector triplet model, in the context of a simplified phenomenological approach, under Monte-Carlo simulations. The search targets events with one energetic electron and large missing transverse momentum, as well as two jets with a large separation in pseudorapidity. The expected upper limit for the mass of W' and exclusion limit contour on coupling parameters are presented at the 95% confidence level for an integrated luminosity of 3 ab(-1). | Kim, DongHee; Oh, YoungDo; Tae, BongHo; Lee, JeongEun | Kyungpook Natl Univ, Dept Phys, Daegu 41566, South Korea; Seoul Natl Univ, Dept Phys, Seoul 08826, South Korea | Lee, Jeongeun/IYJ-2550-2023 | 59784588300; 35227730500; 57221782118; 57199190287 | ydoh@knu.ac.kr;jeongeun.lee@cern.ch; | JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY | J KOREAN PHYS SOC | 0374-4884 | 1976-8524 | 78 | 3 | SCIE | PHYSICS, MULTIDISCIPLINARY | 2021 | 0.657 | 90.1 | 0.07 | 2025-07-30 | 1 | 1 | BSM; HL-LHC; W'; VBF | BSM; HL-LHC; VBF; W ′ | English | 2021 | 2021-02 | 10.1007/s40042-020-00023-9 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | |||
| ○ | ○ | Article | Stability and electronic structure of stacking faults and polytypes in ZnSnN2, ZnGeN2, and ZnSiN2 | The formation of stacking faults and polytypes in ZnSnN2, ZnGeN2, and ZnSiN2 was investigated by the first-principles density functional theory calculations. To analyze the interactions between the layers of polytypes, we constructed an anisotropic next-nearest neighbor interaction model that reproduced the DFT fitted total energies. Our calculation showed that the stacking fault energy is around 0.28 eV/nm(2), indicating that the planar defect is expected to be formed in ZnSnN2. The formation of stacking faults can be suppressed by replacing Sn with Si. Stacking faults produce a sawtooth-like potential due to polarization charge, resulting in the separation of electron and hole carriers. | Jeong, Byeong-Hyeon; Park, Ji-Sang | Kyungpook Natl Univ, Dept Phys, Daegu 41566, South Korea | Park, Ji-Sang/F-9944-2010 | 57219744897; 36671796300 | jsparkphys@knu.ac.kr; | JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY | J KOREAN PHYS SOC | 0374-4884 | 1976-8524 | 79 | 3 | SCIE | PHYSICS, MULTIDISCIPLINARY | 2021 | 0.657 | 90.1 | 0.07 | 2025-07-30 | 1 | 1 | Semiconductors; Stacking faults; Polytype; Density functional theory | GROWTH | Density functional theory; Polytype; Semiconductors; Stacking faults | English | 2021 | 2021-08 | 10.1007/s40042-021-00204-0 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | ||
| ○ | ○ | Article | Theoretical and experimental analysis of the source resistance components in In0.7G0.3As quantum-well high-electron-mobility transistors | Herein we describe theoretical and experimental analysis of the source resistance (R-s) components in In0.7Ga0.3As/In0.52Al0.48As quantum-well (QW) high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMTs) on an InP substrate. First, we analytically modeled R-s using a three-layer formula, separately modeling the regions of the ohmic contact, the gate-to-source access, and the side-recessed regions. The resistances of the ohmic contact and access regions were analyzed in a distributed-network manner with two different transfer lengths, whereas the resistance associated with the side-recess region near the gate edge was modeled by using a lumped element. To verify the accuracy of the proposed R-s model, we fabricated two different types of transmission-line-method (TLM) test patterns as well as long-channel In0.7Ga0.3As/In0.52Al0.48As QW HEMTs, and compared their measured and modeled R-s. The modeled R-s was in excellent agreement with the measured R-s from the recessed TLM patterns and the long-channel HEMTs. Since the widths of the ohmic contact to the heavily doped In0.53Ga0.47As capping layer and the gate-to-source access region were typically much greater than corresponding transfer lengths (L-Tcₐₚ and L-Tbₐᵣᵣᵢₑᵣ), those distributed networks could be simplified to a lumped-element based one-layer model, revealing that the tunneling resistance (R-barrier) through the In0.52Al0.48As barrier should be carefully considered to minimize the R-s of InxGa1-xAs QW HEMTs together with S/D contact resistances and L-GS. | Lee, In-Geun; Ko, Dae-Hong; Yun, Seung-Won; Kim, Jun-Gyu; Jo, Hyeon-Bhin; Kim, Dae-Hyun; Tsutsumi, Takuya; Sugiyama, Hiroki; Matsuzaki, Hideaki | Yonsei Univ, Dept Mat Sci & Engn, Seoul, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Sch Elect & Elect Engn, Daegu, South Korea; NTT Corp, NTT Device Technol Labs, Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Japan | Kim, Junghwan/AAQ-9204-2021; Jo, Hyeon Bhin/HLW-9536-2023 | 37016357200; 16240618000; 57221602680; 57203326312; 57202871742; 57212363794; 37007126500; 35417698400; 7202461821 | dhko@yonsei.ac.kr;dae-hyun.kim@ee.knu.ac.kr; | JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY | J KOREAN PHYS SOC | 0374-4884 | 1976-8524 | 78 | 6 | SCIE | PHYSICS, MULTIDISCIPLINARY | 2021 | 0.657 | 90.1 | 0.4 | 2025-07-30 | 4 | 6 | Source resistance; InGaAs; HEMT; Contact; Transfer length; Sheet resistance | Contact; HEMT; InGaAs; Sheet resistance; Source resistance; Transfer length | English | 2021 | 2021-03 | 10.1007/s40042-021-00096-0 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | |||
| ○ | Article | A Bio-rational Management Strategy Using Insect Growth Regulators Against Conopomorpha sinensis (Bradley) and Quality Assessment of Litchi Fruit | The litchi fruit borer, Conopomorpha sinensis (Bradley) (Lepidoptera: Gracillarfidae), is one of the major destructive and main pest oflitchi fruits in Southeast Asia, including Bangladesh. This experiment was carried out in three different litchi orchards to develop a bio-rational management strategy using insect growth regulators (IGRs) to control the population of C sinensis. The effectiveness of emamectin benzoate 5%, buprofezin, lufenuron, lufenuron (5%) + emamectin benzoate (5%), and abamectin were evaluated on the basis of fruit damage, yield of undamaged fruit and size, % fallen fruit, and total number of larvae in fallen fruits in three different litchi orchards. In our results, treatment with buprofezin showed the lowest (13.3%) level of fruit damage, followed by lufenuron + emamectin benzoate, abamectin, emamectin benzoate, and lufenuron, all of which were statistically significant compared with the untreated control. Furthermore, the highest number of undamaged fruits rate and mean fruit length were 86.7% and 17.8 mm, respectively, for buprofezin treatment compared to control (75.5 and 16.2). A large number of damaged, fallen fruits were found in the control plots (11.3%), while their number was lowest in buprofezin-treated orchards (4.1%). The chemical composition of litchi fruits was not affected by the application of IGRs. Indeed, levels of vitamin C, sugars, and titratable acidity increased in IGR-treated fruits compared with fruits from the control plots. Moreover, IGR treatments had a positive effect on total phenol (except lufenuron + emamectin benzoate) and flavonoid content of litchi fruits, improving their quality and as a source of antioxidants. Therefore, buprofezin can be used to manage the litchi fruit borer in organic litchi orchards. | Asha, Aysha Siddika; Mostafiz, Md Munir; Arifunnahar, Mst; Hossain, Md Alamgir; Ahmed, Maruf; Alim, Md Abdul | Hajee Mohammad Danesh Sci & Technol Univ, Dept Entomol, Dinajpur 5200, Bangladesh; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Coll Agr & Life Sci, Div Appl Biosci, Daegu 41566, South Korea; Hajee Mohammad Danesh Sci & Technol Univ, Dept Food Proc & Preservat, Dinajpur 5200, Bangladesh | Mostafiz, Md. | ○ | ○ | Article | A note on stationary bootstrap variance estimator under long-range dependence | The stationary bootstrap method is popularly used to compute the standard errors or confidence regions of estimators, generated from time processes exhibiting weakly dependent stationarity. Most previous stationary bootstrap methods have focused on studying large-sample properties of stationary bootstrap inference about a sample mean under short-range dependence. For long-range dependence, recent studies have investigated the properties of block bootstrap methods using overlapping and non overlapping blocking techniques with fixed block lengths. However, the characteristics of a stationary bootstrap with random block lengths are less well-known under longrange dependence. We investigate the asymptotic property of a stationary bootstrap variance estimator for a sample mean under long-range dependence. Our theoretical and simulation results indicate that the stationary bootstrap method does not have root n-consistency for stationary and long-range dependent time processes. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. | ○ | Article | Bayesian pooling for analyzing categorical data from small areas | Bayesian pooling strategies are used to solve precision problems related to statistical analyses of data from small areas. In such cases, the subpopulation samples are usually small, even though the population might not be. As an alternative, similar data can be pooled in order to reduce the number of parameters in the model. Many surveys consist of categorical data on each area, collected into a contingency table. We consider hierarchical Bayesian pooling models with a Dirichlet process prior for analyzing categorical data based on small areas. However, the prior used to pool such data frequently results in an overshrinkage problem. To mitigate for this problem, the parameters are separated into global and local effects. This study focuses on data pooling using a Dirichlet process prior. We compare the pooling models using bone mineral density (BMD) data taken from the Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey for the period 1988 to 1994 in the United States. Our analyses of the BMD data are performed using a Gibbs sampler and slice sampling to carry out the posterior computations. | Jo, Aejeong; Nandram, Balgobin; Kim, Dal Ho | Natl Evidence Based Healthcare Collaborating Agcy, Div Healthcare Technol Assessment Res, 173 Toegve Ro, Seoul 100705, South Korea; Worcester Polytech Inst, Dept Math Sci, 100 Inst Rd, Worcester, MA 01609 USA; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Dept Stat, 80 Daehakro, Daegu 702701, South Korea | joaejung@neca.re.kr;balnan@wpi.edu;dalkim@knu.ac.kr; | SURVEY METHODOLOGY | SURV METHODOL | 0714-0045 | 47 | 1 | SSCI;SCIE | SOCIAL SCIENCES, MATHEMATICAL METHODS;STATISTICS & PROBABILITY | 2021 | 0.718 | 90.8 | 2 | Categorical data; Dirichlet process; Nonparametric hierarchical Bayesian pooling; Slice sampling; Small area | METHODOLOGY; SPECIFICATIONS | English | 2021 | 2021-06 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | |||||||||||||

| ○ | Article | Bayesian predictive inference of small area proportions under selection bias | In a previous paper, we developed a model to make inference about small area proportions under selection bias in which the binary responses and the selection probabilities are correlated. This is the homogeneous nonignorable selection model; nonignorable selection means that the selection probabilities and the binary responses are correlated. The homogeneous nonignorable selection model was shown to perform better than a baseline ignorable selection model. However, one limitation of the homogeneous nonignorable selection model is that the distributions of the selection probabilities are assumed to be identical across areas. Therefore, we introduce a more general model, the heterogeneous nonignorable selection model, in which the selection probabilities are not identically distributed over areas. We used Markov chain Monte Carlo methods to fit the three models. We illustrate our methodology and compare our models using an example on severe activity limitation of the U.S. National Health Interview Survey. We also perform a simulation study to demonstrate that our heterogeneous nonignorable selection model is needed when there is moderate to strong selection bias. | Choi, Seongmi; Nandram, Balgobin; Kim, Dalho | Natl Hlth Insurance Serv, Hlth Insurance Policy Res Ist, Wonju 26464, Gangwon, South Korea; Worcester Polytech Inst, Dept Math Sci, 100 Inst Rd, Worcester, MA 01609 USA; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Dept Stat, Daegu 41566, South Korea | edisil1202@gmail.com;balnan@wpi.edu;dalkim@knu.ac.kr; | SURVEY METHODOLOGY | SURV METHODOL | 0714-0045 | 47 | 1 | SSCI;SCIE | SOCIAL SCIENCES, MATHEMATICAL METHODS;STATISTICS & PROBABILITY | 2021 | 0.718 | 90.8 | 1 | Biserial correlation; Metropolis-Hastings algorithm; Nonignorable selection model; Official statistics; Selection probabilities | MODEL; DISTRIBUTIONS | English | 2021 | 2021-06 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | |||||||||||||

| ○ | ○ | Article | Sentinel lymph node biopsy in acral melanoma: A Korean single-center experience with 107 patients (2006-2018) | Background: Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) of primary cutaneous melanoma as an important staging method has not been popularly undertaken in Korea and only a few studies with small patient numbers have been published. Aim: We examined the clinical feasibility and overall outcomes of SLNB in acral melanoma (AM) of Korean in Kyungpook National University Hospital (KNUH) over the past 13 years. Methods: SLNB in AM patients during 2006-2018 were analyzed retrospectively for sentinel lymph node (SLN) harvesting rate, positivity rate, positivity-relevant overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS), and its side effects. Results: A total of 109 AM patients who underwent SLNB were enrolled. Harvested nodes were identified from 107 patients and SLN harvesting rate was 98.2%. The mean Breslow thickness (+/- standard deviation) was 3.38 +/- 3.03 mm, and the proportion of ulcerated melanomas was 64%. Twenty-two (20.6%) had a tumor-positive SLN and, among them, 82% (18/22) underwent immediate complete lymph node dissection (CLND). The metastasis-positive nodal basin after CLND was detected in 16.7% of cases (3/18). Tumor-negative SLN cohorts showed significantly better OS and DFS than tumor-positive ones (P = 0.006 andP < 0.001 for each). Two side effects, one seroma and one lymphocele, were observed without major sequelae. Conclusion: SLNB, crucial management of melanoma, proved its efficacy to predict patients' prognosis and could be performed successfully and safely in Korean AM patients by interdisciplinary cooperation between dermatology and other surgical departments. SLN(-) showed significantly better OS and DFS than SLN(+). Significant risk factors for DFS were Breslow thickness, the presence of ulceration and the presence of SLN metastasis. SLNB should be encouraged in order to stage melanoma accurately and direct the proper management in Korean AM. | Sohng, Chihyeon; Sim, Hyun Bo; Kim, Jun Young; Lim, Yangsoo; Han, Man Hoon; Lee, Hoseok; Ahn, Byeong-Cheol; Huh, Seung; Lee, Seok-Jong | Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Dermatol, 130 Dongdeok Ro, Daegu 41994, South Korea; Pk & Lee Dermatol Clin, Daegu, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Surg, Daegu, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Pathol, Daegu, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Radiol, Daegu, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Dermatol,Nucl Med, Daegu, South Korea | ; Lee, Joong/A-5417-2013 | 57203820211; 56769139600; 35310922800; 57219442431; 57194067936; 57200653487; 7202791511; 7101832929; 56013454400 | shuh@knu.ac.kr;seokjong@knu.ac.kr; | ASIA-PACIFIC JOURNAL OF CLINICAL ONCOLOGY | ASIA-PAC J CLIN ONCO | 1743-7555 | 1743-7563 | 17 | 1 | SCIE | ONCOLOGY | 2021 | 1.926 | 90.8 | 0.41 | 2025-07-30 | 7 | 7 | acral melanoma; Korean; malignant melanoma; prognosis; sentinel lymph node biopsy; survival | CUTANEOUS MELANOMA; PROGNOSTIC-FACTORS; LENTIGINOUS MELANOMA; MALIGNANT-MELANOMA; PATTERNS; METASTASIS; DISSECTION; RECURRENCE | acral melanoma; Korean; malignant melanoma; prognosis; sentinel lymph node biopsy; survival | Adult; Aged; Aged, 80 and over; Female; Humans; Lymph Node Excision; Lymphatic Metastasis; Male; Melanoma; Middle Aged; Prognosis; Republic of Korea; Retrospective Studies; Sentinel Lymph Node; Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy; Skin Neoplasms; acral melanoma; adult; aged; Article; cancer staging; cohort analysis; controlled study; dermatology; diagnostic accuracy; disease free survival; feasibility study; female; human; human tissue; Korea; Korean (people); lymphocele; major clinical study; male; melanoma; overall survival; priority journal; retrospective study; risk factor; sentinel lymph node biopsy; seroma; university hospital; very elderly; lymph node dissection; lymph node metastasis; melanoma; middle aged; pathology; prognosis; sentinel lymph node; sentinel lymph node biopsy; skin tumor; South Korea | English | 2021 | 2021-02 | 10.1111/ajco.13425 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | |
| ○ | ○ | Article | Blinatumomab-related pneumatosis intestinalis in a pediatric patient with relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia: A case report | Introduction Pneumatosis intestinalis is characterized by air in the subserosal or submucosal layer of the intestine, with the severity ranging from mild and asymptomatic to symptomatic with serious conditions such as intestinal ischemia and perforation requiring surgery. Although several etiologies, including those from conventional chemotherapy agents and molecular target agents, have been suggested, blinatumomab-related pneumatosis intestinalis is quite rare. Case report An 11-year-old girl with history of B-cell ALL presented with bone marrow relapse 3 years after completion of initial chemotherapy. Reinduction chemotherapy and blinatumomab as post-reinduction consolidation were initiated. On day 28 of blinatumomab therapy, pneumatosis intestinalis from the ascending colon to the hepatic flexure was found incidentally on abdominal computed tomography. Management and outcome: After withholding blinatumomab therapy for 1 month, pneumatosis intestinalis improved significantly without abnormal gastrointestinal symptoms. Blinatumomab was resumed and safely completed. The computed tomography performed 4 months later showed complete resolution of pneumatosis intestinalis. The patient has been in good condition for over 1 year to date. Discussion To our knowledge, this is the first case report of pneumatosis intestinalis after blinatumomab therapy in a pediatric patient with relapsed precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Herein, we highlight the importance of early detection of pneumatosis intestinalis through imaging follow-up during blinatumomab therapy. | Kim, Sung Eun; Lee, So Mi; Kim, Ji Yoon | Kyungpook Natl Univ, Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Pediat, Daegu, South Korea; Kyungpook Natl Univ, Kyungpook Natl Univ Hosp, Sch Med, Dept Radiol, Daegu, South Korea | 57224168759; 56824903400; 57205408095 | phojyk@knu.ac.kr; | JOURNAL OF ONCOLOGY PHARMACY PRACTICE | J ONCOL PHARM PRACT | 1078-1552 | 1477-092X | 27 | 8 | SCIE | ONCOLOGY;PHARMACOLOGY & PHARMACY | 2021 | 1.416 | 90.9 | 0.28 | 2025-07-30 | 3 | 3 | Acute lymphoblastic leukemia; blinatumomab; pediatirc; pneumatosis intestinalis | FREE SURVIVAL; YOUNG-ADULTS; 1ST RELAPSE; CHEMOTHERAPY; CHILDREN; THERAPY; BITE | Acute lymphoblastic leukemia; blinatumomab; pediatirc; pneumatosis intestinalis | Antibodies, Bispecific; Antineoplastic Agents; Child; Female; Humans; Pneumatosis Cystoides Intestinalis; Precursor Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Lymphoma; amylase; beta glucan; blinatumomab; C reactive protein; electrolyte; fungus antigen; triacylglycerol lipase; antineoplastic agent; bispecific antibody; blinatumomab; abdominal radiography; acute lymphoblastic leukemia; amylase blood level; Article; ascending colon; Aspergillus; bone marrow; bone marrow biopsy; cancer chemotherapy; case report; child; chronic constipation; clinical article; clinical outcome; computer assisted tomography; drug withdrawal; electrolyte blood level; female; follow up; gastrointestinal symptom; human; human cell; laboratory test; leukemia relapse; leukemia remission; liver function test; maintenance chemotherapy; medical history; multiple cycle treatment; neutropenia; neutrophil count; pneumatosis intestinalis; pre B lymphocyte; protein blood level; school child; triacylglycerol lipase blood level; diagnostic imaging; pneumatosis intestinalis | English | 2021 | 2021-12 | 10.1177/10781552211015776 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | 바로가기 | ||
| ○ | ○ | Article | Effect of Soaking Time and Sb2O3 Concentration on Number of Bubble and Optical Properties of Borosilicate Glasses | Borosilicate glasses were fabricated with antimony oxide (Sb2O3)-doped in the formula of SiO2-B2O3-Na2O-CaO-ZnO, by using the melt-quenching method at 1200 degrees C which various soaking time of 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 h. The results show that the density, molar volume and refractive index of glasses increased with increasing of Sb2O3 concentration. However, the density of glasses decreases with increasing soaking time. The transmittance spectra present the absorption around 1050 nm and 450 nm which corresponds to Fe2+ ion and Fe3+ ion, respectively. This absorption strength decreases with increasing Sb2O3 concentration which shows the highest strength at 0.0 mol% of Sb2O3 content. Moreover, the decrease in the number of bubbles in the glass is dependent on the increase of the Sb2O3 concentration and soaking time. | Singkiburin, N.; Srisittipokakun, N.; Sangsawat, Y.; Boonpa, W.; Kim, H.
